Job Description
We are looking for a Junior PMO to support the technical and commercial management of defence-sector projects. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive candidate who can coordinate with suppliers follow up on orders and assist in the preparation of technical and commercial offers for government tenders.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working under pressure managing multiple priorities and ensuring the quality and completeness of tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administrative and operational follow-up of projects and tender activities
- Liaise with local and international suppliers
- Request follow up on and consolidate supplier quotations
- Monitor purchase orders delivery timelines shipments and related documentation
- Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial offers
- Coordinate the collection of compliance documents technical datasheets certificates and required annexes
- Maintain accurate filing systems tracking sheets schedules and action logs
- Contribute to the quality consistency and completeness of bid submissions
Qualifications :
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a junior PMO role project coordination tender support procurement support sales administration or commercial operations
- Previous experience in a defense trading company in the UAE is a strong advantage
- Exposure to defense security aerospace industry or public sector tenders is a plus
- Strong writing and document structuring skills
- Good command of Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage several files and tasks in parallel
- Good understanding of supplier coordination order follow-up lead times and document compliance
- Fluent in Arabic and English
