Description
Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes. Manage employee relations and performance management. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Skills: Strong HR management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of HR software and tools. Requirements: Degree in HR business administration or a related field. Significant HR management experience preferably in an educational setting.
