الوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for mixers conveyors and batch plants
Troubleshoot plant equipment issues and lead corrective actions to minimize downtime
Optimize production processes for energy efficiency and cost savings
Monitor KPIs and production data to identify areas for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental regulations
Lead plant improvement projects and equipment upgrades
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Plant Manager
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or related Engineering field
Proven experience in a concrete manufacturing or similar heavy industrial environment
Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance process control and plant operations
Familiarity with UAE health safety & environmental standards
Effective communicator with strong analytical and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management and troubleshooting complex technical issues
