Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on expanding the land and sea freight client base.
- Identify approach and secure new business opportunities to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead contract negotiations pricing discussions and prepare commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards and smooth execution of client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance pipeline status and business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong background in logistics freight forwarding or supply chain sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a client portfolio.
- Deep understanding of land and sea freight operations within the UAE and GCC region.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office tools.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
