This role will help drive strategic projects and generate insights for the business. The individual will be working very closely with senior management and be responsible for four main scopes:
Business Performance:
Lead and manage performance reporting across departments (Logistics CX Sales Marketing).
Track monitor and challenge performance against country-wide OKRs functional targets and budgets.
Define and optimize performance reporting tools and processes to improve accuracy and decision-making.
Analytical Deep Dives:
Use data analytics to uncover root causes behind performance trends and issues.
Synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Proactively identify opportunities for process and cost optimization across functions.
Drive analytical rigor and integrity in forecasts plans and performance tracking.
Special Projects:
Identify scope and deliver cross-functional strategic initiatives that support long-term business objectives.
Coordinate with regional counterparts and internal departments to ensure project alignment execution speed to market and success.
Define goals timelines and monitor success metrics to ensure business impact.
P&L Management:
Oversee and manage monthly P&L and monitor revenue and cost drivers working with relevant functions to improve unit economics.
Lead forecasting (daily monthly yearly) for operational planning and cost control.
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to exceed financial targets and enhance overall profitability.
What Did We Order
610 years of relevant experience in performance management strategy business operations or consulting.
Deep understanding of financial modeling P&L management and business forecasting.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to work with large datasets and advanced proficiency in BigQuery Tableau and analytics tools such as Looker
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams/ projects in fast-paced environments.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and concisely.
Results-oriented and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve business performance.
Adaptable and resilient under pressure with the ability to handle ambiguity and change.
Curiosity eagerness to learn explore and drive creative solutions.
