Responsible for leading the full 360 recruitment process for talabat. This includes leading the sourcing efforts to locate top talent from around the world.
Partner with the key stakeholders leaders and hiring managers to drive Talent Acquisition strategies goals processes and metrics whilst developing innovative ways to meet talabat constantly expanding and evolving recruiting needs.
Reporting on recruitment activity to find new ways to improve the process and be able to tell a story through the data insights.
Qualifications :
Minimum 4 years of experience in the 360 Recruitment process for hiring with a strong background in technical & product candidate sourcing. Were looking for a hunter that has handled core recruitment at a large scale
Experience recruiting for engineering roles within the region.
Experience sourcing engineering candidates from abroad using tools like Linkedin Recruiter.
You will be a collaborative professional with former experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
Experience of using recruitment ATS systems.
Highly motivated to create and deliver creative exciting and impactful results.
Contribute to process improvements.
Predominantly use prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.
Can find alternative solutions to solve problems where guidelines do not exist.
Occasionally leads the work of small project teams; provides informal guidance to junior staff.
Works with minimal guidance and supervision.
Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
