Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a leading operation licensee of Sealy Inc. we have gained recognition for providing premium bedding products under the renowned brands of Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster since 1990. Our state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah reflects our commitment to quality and innovation. The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales initiatives providing expert advice and support to customers and ensuring a first-class experience throughout the sales process. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about sleep solutions and eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional products to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Sealy products to customers providing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Engage with prospects and customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions accordingly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our mattresses.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and approaches.
- Provide feedback from customers to inform marketing and product development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales preferably in the consumer goods or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and foster positive relationships.
- Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- 25 to 35 years old
- Egyptian Indian Lebanese or Palestinian national.
