Ontime Group is looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to join our team focusing on marketing services within the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in developing innovative strategies to expand our reach and drive engagement with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and develop relationships to expand our marketing services offerings
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and client needs within the industry
Design and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote services
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with promotional activities
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Requirements
