The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in English and a proven track record of financial leadership and strategic planning. As a key member of our finance team you will play a critical role in driving our financial strategy optimizing performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys AI and cryptocurrency initiatives.
- Oversee financial planning analysis and reporting to provide insights for strategic decisionmaking.
- Manage budgeting forecasting and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business growth and innovation.
- Lead and mentor a highperforming finance team.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and cryptocurrency markets.
- Proven experience in financial planning analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a multinational or technologyfocused company.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools such as ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and its financial applications.
