We are looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking cold calling and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present promote and sell products or services to clients based on their needs and requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Conduct sales presentations product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends products and competitors.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports forecasts and market analysis to management.
- Attend industry events exhibitions and trade shows to expand the client network.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
