Summary : Our client is looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager with expertise in outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales establishing partnerships and securing contracts with businesses to expand our client portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company growth and maintaining its competitive edge in the outsourcing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company customer
base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the outsourcing industry.
Lead negotiations and close contracts with clients to secure longterm partnerships.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored outsourcing solutions including payroll management
visa services and HR support.
3. Market Research and Strategy:
Analyze market trends industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for
growth.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to position the company as a leader in outsourcing
services.
4. Proposal Development:
Prepare professional proposals presentations and business cases for prospective clients.
Ensure all proposals align with client requirements and company capabilities.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams including operations finance and HR to deliver seamless
service to clients.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities
and results.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (Master degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role preferably in the
outsourcing industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data market trends and customer needs to develop effective strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of outsourcing services such as payroll visa facilitation and HR management is a plus.
