GrowTalent.com is working with an award winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Senior Sales Manager to join their team.

Position: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Remote/ EU

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and execute sales strategies
  • Identify and acquire highrisk clients within the gaming industry while managing longterm relationships
  • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within highrisk verticals
  • Represent the organization at global events with a focus on networking business development and enhancing brand visibility
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to highrisk clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/Fluency in English both written and oral
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or business development particularly within highrisk industries such as betting gambling gaming or the crypto sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing highrisk client relationships
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the challenges and solutions related to payment processing in highrisk sectors
  • Familiarity with crypto payment solutions and blockchain technology is highly advantageous
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Selfmotivated proactive and goaloriented with a strong ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven ability to build relationships and develop a network within highrisk industries
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings industry events and conferences on a global scale.
