-Job Location: Jebel Ali.
-Job Type: Full-time, Contract
-Contract length: 3 months
-Candidate with Own Visa, NOC, Emirates Id only.
-Only Transport Provided by Company
QIZ Services is a leading provider of quality Manpower services for companies. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Clerk to join our team and support our clients in meeting QIZ requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation & Refiling of documents in a warehouse.
- Flexible to work in different roles and shifts.
- Accurately review and process documents related to digitization.
- Ensure all documents are compliant with Client regulations and standards.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all Client-related documents
- Keep up to date with changes in Client regulations.
- Perform data entry and data verification tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in documents-related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with Client regulations is a plus
