Compensation: Purely CommissionBased (50%50% split)

Job Requirements:

• Preferred Nationalities: UK US European
• Age Bracket: 2535
• Gender: Male or Female
• Educational Attainment: Bachelors Degree in any field (Degree must be attested by MOFA)
• Experience: 12 years in Secondary Market & OffPlan real estate
• Certifications: UAE RERA Exam Qualified
• Languages: Russian English or Italian
• Driving License: Required
• Immediate Joiners: Preferred

Job Description:

• Respond promptly to leads follow up to convert them into appointments and track client updates using a database system.
• Identify properties that meet client requirements and arrange viewings to close deals.
• Stay updated with the real estate market trends including buying and renting processes.
• Prepare and submit offers on behalf of clients negotiate effectively and oversee the process through to closing.
