Job Description
Location: Dubai
Contract Period: 2 years
Compensation: Purely CommissionBased (50%50% split)
Job Requirements:
- Preferred Nationalities: UK US European
- Age Bracket: 2535
- Gender: Male or Female
- Educational Attainment: Bachelors Degree in any field (Degree must be attested by MOFA)
- Experience: 12 years in Secondary Market & OffPlan real estate
- Certifications: UAE RERA Exam Qualified
- Languages: Russian English or Italian
- Driving License: Required
- Immediate Joiners: Preferred
Job Description:
- Respond promptly to leads follow up to convert them into appointments and track client updates using a database system.
- Identify properties that meet client requirements and arrange viewings to close deals.
- Stay updated with the real estate market trends including buying and renting processes.
- Prepare and submit offers on behalf of clients negotiate effectively and oversee the process through to closing.
