We are a premier wellness club focused on providing holistic health and wellness experiences. With multiple branches and a growing brand presence we are looking for a dynamic leader to shape and elevate our marketing strategies campaigns and events to drive growth and brand recognition.

1) Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt strategies as needed.

2) Campaigns & Activations:

Design launch and manage impactful marketing campaigns to drive membership engagement and revenue growth.

Oversee both digital and offline activations including partnerships influencer collaborations and event sponsorships.

3) Event Management:

Plan and execute highprofile events workshops and activations that enhance the wellness club experience.

Manage all aspects of event coordination from concept to postevent analysis.

4) Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance the brand s voice identity and presence across all channels including digital print and inclub communications.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across locations.

5) Digital & Social Media Leadership:

Oversee all digital marketing efforts including social media email marketing SEO and paid advertising.

Leverage analytics to drive content strategy and optimize marketing spend.

6) Team Leadership:

Build and manage a highperforming marketing team fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

7) Partnerships & Collaboration:

Work closely with external partners and influencers to drive collaborative initiatives.

Liaise with the product operations and customer service teams to ensure marketing alignment with the wellness club s services and offerings.

8) Reporting & Analysis:

Regularly assess campaign performance ROI and key marketing KPIs.

Present reports and insights to senior leadership making datadriven recommendations for future strategies



Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.

Proven experience in leading marketing teams and developing successful marketing strategies.

Strong background in event planning brand management and campaign execution.

Expertise in digital marketing including social media and paid advertising.

Experience in wellness fitness or hospitality industry is a plus.

Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.

Creative thinker with a datadriven mindset.
