Summary:
As a Room Attendant at Delano Dubai you will be an essential part of our housekeeping team responsible for creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help maintain the luxurious standards that Delano is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Room Preparation: Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Delanos standards ensuring all amenities are stocked and the environment is inviting.
Attention to Detail: Conduct thorough inspections of rooms to ensure cleanliness and order paying special attention to hightouch areas.
Laundry Management: Handle linens and laundry with care ensuring all items are clean and wellpresented for guest use.
Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy enhancing their overall experience.
Supplies Inventory: Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment notifying supervisors when items need replenishing.
Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and support each other in maintaining high standards.
Qualifications :
- Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
- Operational Knowledge: Youre proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
- Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification such as a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred aligning with our commitment to excellence.
