Were searching for an experienced Channel Manager to join us our team in Dubai. The right candidate should possess a proven track record of establishing and managing a successful channel/partner strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channel partners to expand sales.
- Handle Channel Partners and develop strategic relationships.
- Strengthen the relationship with the key decision makers of major Channel Partners.
- Interact very closely and daily with the accounts to ensure they are ready and well enabled to promote and sell the company s line of products.
- Collect data from the market for the assessment of company market share
- Design and execute jointly developed business plans for identified partner accounts including strategic initiatives training plan marketing plan.
- Work collaboratively with Unit Managers PreSales and Product teams to assess client requirements developing a valueadd solution.
- Deliver presentation to partners and clients; arrange seminars with relevant prospect partners.
- Oversee implementation of targeted programs and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that Channels can generate business to ensure better Market Coverage and incremental revenue stream.
- Build/Maintain adequate pipelines for all handled products.
- Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business.
Requirements
Skills and Experience Required:
Technical Skills
- Proficient in TCP/IP OSI model and LAN/WAN architecture.
- Familiar with VoIP SIP protocols and traditional telephony.
- Knowledgeable in WiFi (802.11) Bluetooth and cellular technologies.
- Experienced with Ethernet switches routers and network configuration.
- Capable of working with APIs to integrate telecom systems.
- Understanding of encryption access control and overall security measures.
Management Skills
- Skilled in analysing trends customer needs and competition.
- Experience in managing products from ideation to launch.
- Ability to create and communicate strategic product roadmaps.
- Proficient in collaborating across engineering sales and marketing teams.
- Familiar with usercentred design principles and gathering feedback.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Benefits
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business Engineering Computer Science or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 4 5 years of experience in product management preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
