Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to project completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
Overlook procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
