Senior Sous Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef experienced in Turkish or Georgian cuisine to assist in leading our client kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence a creative flair and the ability to work in a upscale dining highpressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in the daytoday operations of the kitchen.
• Oversee food preparation cooking and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
• Lead mentor and develop junior kitchen staff ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory including ordering stock rotation and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Contribute to menu development bringing innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
• Manage kitchen operations during the Head Chefs absence.
• Collaborate with the frontofhouse team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques food safety standards and kitchen operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Creativity and a passion for food and culinary trends.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications.
