Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and expand the brands presence.
Operational Management: Oversee daytoday operations of multiple restaurant outlets ensuring compliance with company standards and maximizing profitability.
Training & Development: Support restaurant teams with training operational guidance and best practices to ensure consistent quality across all locations.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of all outlets providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with restaurant teams suppliers and other stakeholders acting as the primary point of contact for operational issues.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all outlets adhere to health safety and company standards implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of multiunit operations and supply chain management.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing business operations.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick informed decisions.
Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
UAE Experience is a Must
