Company Overview: Sunshine Enterprise Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a Sales BD/Staffing Representative with successful and progressive experience in being talented and knowledgeable in the Staffing Industry.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will possess 25 years experience in the recruiting industry along with specific experience in the staffing and recruiting field. Proven and Strong Negotiation and closing deals skills.

Scope of the Role

The Sales and Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic email campaigns LinkedIn outreach and cold calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to work independently.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with prospective clients.
  • Craft personalized LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and handle objections.
  • Schedule followup calls and meetings for the client.
  • Participate in weekly calls with the client to discuss progress strategies and any challenges.
  • Meets the monthly target of closed contracts and positions placed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in sales or business development in Staffing & Recruiting Business.
  • Proven track record of success in email campaigns LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meet targets.
  • Above average to excellent communication and written skills; minor accent is acceptable.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
