Position Overview:

Are you passionate about driving business growth and creating magical moments for families Kids Zone is seeking a dynamic Sales Person / Business Development professional to expand our B2B and B2C reach. In this role you will be pivotal in forming lasting partnerships and driving revenue ensuring that every child and family has an unforgettable experience with us.


Requirements

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Expand B2B & B2C Sales: Identify and target new business opportunities in both the corporate and consumer markets.
  • Partnership Building: Develop and maintain relationships with schools corporations and community organizations to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape and leverage this information to optimize sales strategies.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through various channels including facetoface meetings phone calls and digital communication.
  • Lead Conversion: Nurture and convert leads into loyal customers through personalized followups and relationship management.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Collaborative Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to promote Kids Zone services through social media email campaigns and other channels.
  • Engaging Content: Craft compelling content to attract and inform potential clients about our offerings.
  • DataDriven Strategies: Utilize analytics to track engagement measure success and refine outreach efforts.

Customer Experience:

  • Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service ensuring that client needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Feedback Integration: Gather and act on client feedback to continually improve our offerings and customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

  • CrossFunctional Teamwork: Coordinate with the Kids Zone team to ensure seamless integration of business development activities with daily operations.
  • Training & Development: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales business development or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
