We are looking for a dynamic motivated Marketing Executive to join our client team. In this role you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote the organizations brand. This position requires a creative thinker with prior real estate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials such as brochures flyers and online advertisements
- Manage social media accounts and online presence to engage with potential buyers and sellers
- Analyze market data and conduct research to stay current on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a relevant discipline
- Familiarity of social media platforms (WeChat Red book Tiktok Instagram and Facebook) is preferred
- Proficient in both English and Chinese language
- Excellent writing image editing social media video creation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
