Job Description:
§ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
§ Work closely with the product development team to understand product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
§ Lead digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships along with traditional marketing strategies, such as print advertising, events, and collaboration sponsorships.
§ Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for an innovative team culture.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources for marketing initiatives.
