A wellknown organization in the UAE is looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Communication Manager to lead its external and digital communication efforts. This role is ideal for a creative and driven individual who thrives in managing highimpact campaigns and building strong public engagement across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive digital marketing and communication strategies
Manage and grow the organization s digital presence across social media platforms websites and other online channels
Create and oversee content for all external communications including press releases announcements campaigns and digital media
Run performancedriven paid media campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Meta etc.)
Monitor campaign analytics and provide strategic insights and reporting to leadership
Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all external touchpoints
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align communication goals with broader organizational objectives
Support reputation management and implement digital communication plans during key events or crises
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
Minimum 6 8 years of experience in digital marketing communications or public affairs
Strong background working in government entities multinational corporations or large organizations
Proven ability to lead external communication strategies and manage crosschannel digital campaigns
Skilled in content creation media coordination and online reputation management
Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics SEO/SEM tools CMS systems)
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field
