Head Bartender

One of our prestigious clients is looking to hire a Head Bartender In the Restaurant Industry who will be responsible for but not limited to:

Job Summary:
As the Head Bartender in our traditional Japanese restaurant you will lead the bar team in curating a unique beverage experience. Your role involves crafting imaginative fusion cocktails experimenting with diverse ingredients and ensuring the consistency and quality of beverages served. Fostering a hospitable atmosphere and maintaining high standards are integral to the success of the bar operations.

Responsibilities:

• Craft original and imaginative fusion cocktails combining ingredients from various culinary traditions.
• Experiment with new ingredients techniques and presentation styles for a oneofakind drinking experience.
• Ensure consistency and quality adhering to established recipes and standards.
• Provide effective leadership to the bar team ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service.
• Mentor and guide staff in mixology techniques and customer service.
• Create an ambiance that complements the Japanese concept fostering an atmosphere of hospitality.
• Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate indepth knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations related to bar operations.
• Oversee compliance with all relevant industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender or in a similar role in a highend fusionstyle establishment.
• Indepth knowledge of mixology cocktail preparation techniques and current beverage trends.
• Creative flair and a passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Customeroriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle pressure gracefully.

Education:

• High school or equivalent is required

Experience:

• 3 years of experience as a Bartender is neccessary
• English Language is esstential
• Experience in Night Shift is required
• Experience in Overnight Shift is required
• License/Certification: PIC is required
