Hostess (Breakfast)

Responsibilities:

• On the telephone or at reception, you'll make sure that guests aren't just contented, but enthusiastic
• You'll always keep your cool - even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time.
• You'll play your role as host from the first "Hello" to the final "Take care, see you soon"
• You'll offer an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
• You'll heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up
• You'll promote the F&B offer
• You'll prepare the bookings and special needs as required
• You'll clean and tidies the outlet and preparation areas after closing
• You'll organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests
