• Guide the development of the Training Centre to facilitate growth and financial strength • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Training Centre • Develop a written strategic plan covering finances, operations, marketing, staff development aligned to the set annual objectives • Supervise internal and external communications • Seek opportunities to develop new revenue sources • Develop contacts and partnerships with corporations and individuals to increase total awareness of the Training Centre and advocate on its behalf. • Work with staff to establish an effective Training Centre team • Responsible for operational performance against budget – including revenues/profitability • Ensure customer service best practices are in place and active • Optimise systems to enhance development and capture performance of Training Centre • Full interaction with group HR in the facilitation of employee personal development and maintaining of group culture
