Job Description
Educational qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related field.
Practical experience working in a workshop to repair and maintain equipment and machinery.
In-depth knowledge of the equipment and tools used in the workshop and how to maintain and repair them.
The ability to lead and direct the work team in the workshop and motivate them to achieve goals.
Ability to plan and organize activities and resources in the workshop to ensure efficient workflow.
Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers and provide technical guidance.
Commitment to occupational safety and health standards in the workshop and ensuring that they are followed by workers.
