Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience OR Diploma with 5 years experience OR Secondary High school with 08 years of experience in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in well testing operations, with a focus on oil and gas extraction.
- Strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles and well testing techniques.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to work in challenging and remote locations as needed.
