- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- Post Graduate education such as a MSC is highly desired.
- At least fifteen years of experience in a similar role; Extensive experience of leading or executing project controls elements is required.
- Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work related issues.
- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in quality and be excellent communicators at all levels.
- The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence senior management and deal with all stakeholders in challenging situations.
- Fluency in Arabic is a requirement for this position.
