Welding Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of welding consumables, materials, and equipment required for welding operations. Maintain inventory of welding supplies, tools, and equipment, and ensure that they are properly maintained, calibrated, and used according to manufacturer specifications. Welding Process Management:Coordinate and oversee welding activities, including preparation, setup, and execution of welding processes such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW. Ensure adherence to approved welding procedures, specifications, and standards (e.g., ASME, API, AWS) during all welding operations. Quality Control and Inspection:Conduct visual inspections of welds to verify compliance with acceptance criteria, including weld dimensions, profiles, and appearance.
