Job Description

- Manage and supervise the welding department, including a team of welders and technicians.
- Develop and implement welding processes and procedures to optimize product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to develop welding specifications for new products and materials.
- Monitor and control welding parameters to achieve desired weld quality and strength.
- Conduct weld inspections and non-destructive testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Implement and maintain welding best practices, standards, and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
