Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welding Foreman or similar role in an industrial or construction setting
- Proven track record of managing and supervising a welding team
- Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in welding operations
- Experience in reading and interpreting welding blueprints and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid Welding certification and relevant safety training a plus
