- Supervise a team of welding technicians on offshore projects, ensuring that all welding activities are carried out safely and efficiently
- Coordinate welding activities with other departments and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Ensure that all welding equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operated in accordance with industry standards and project specifications
- Monitor welding performance and quality to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Develop and implement welding procedures and guidelines to improve efficiency and quality
