Job Summary
The Aluminum Roof Sheet TIG/ARC Welder is responsible for welding aluminum roof sheets flashings gutters trims and related roofing and cladding components. The role includes fabrication installation support repair and ensuring high-quality leak-free welding work.
Perform TIG welding on aluminum roof sheets flashings gutters trims and accessories.
Perform ARC welding on GI and metal components as required.
Weld aluminum sheets ranging from 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm thickness.
Prepare repair and inspect welded joints to ensure quality and leak prevention.
Operate TIG/ARC welding machines grinders and fabrication tools safely.
Work safely at heights using PPE fall protection manlifts or scaffolding.
Coordinate with supervisors and installation teams during roofing works.
Work in outdoor construction environments.
TIG/ARC welding certification preferred.
Experience in roofing cladding waterproofing and aluminum finishing works.
Ability to operate manlifts and scaffolding equipment.
