- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand website requirements and business goals.
- Design and develop responsive websites that are compatible across devices and browsers.
- Convert designs into functional HTML/PHP templates, ensuring best practices in front-end development.
- Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement.
- Optimize website performance and implement on-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor website analytics, conduct SEO audits, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct user research, develop user personas, and create intuitive navigation systems.
- Perform regular website maintenance tasks and stay updated with the latest web design trends.
- Collaborate with content creators and cross-functional teams for website enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in website design and front-end/back-end development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, UX design principles, and WordPress CMS.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Full English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
