Our Client A leading firm into Ecommerce fulfilment industry is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to manage the inventory coordinates stock movement and maintains warehouse functionality within an eCommerce fulfilment centre.

Position: Warehouse Operations Associate

Package: 34 K(AED)

Location: Dubai.

Experience: 12 Years of Logistics industry is must.

Preference: Candidates with strong communication skills and industry experience will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Inspection: Diligently inspect inventory for defects or damages maintaining highquality standards critical for eCommerce orders and customer satisfaction.
• Stock Management and Allocation: Efficiently move physical stocks to various bins and designated locations within the fulfilment centre ensuring organized storage for easy accessibility during order fulfilment.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks in assigned warehouse areas ensuring a consistently tidy and functional environment conducive to efficient eCommerce operations.
• Product Attribute Management: Gather product attributes like dimensions and weights promptly upon request facilitating accurate and comprehensive product information essential for eCommerce listings and customer service.
• Inventory Accuracy: Regularly check inventory to guarantee precise and accurate stock placements minimizing errors and discrepancies crucial for efficient order processing in an eCommerce environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct both preventative and regular maintenance on warehouse equipment ensuring uninterrupted operational efficiency vital for meeting eCommerce order demands.
• Inventory Audits and Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of inventory audits and stock checks contributing to the maintenance of accurate inventory records essential for efficient eCommerce inventory management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting particularly within an eCommerce fulfilment centre is advantageous.
• Ability to identify defects or damages during inventory inspections adhering to eCommerce quality standards.
• Proficiency in managing physical stocks ensuring efficient movement and organized storage within the warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain cleanliness organization and functionality within warehouse areas.
• Capability to promptly gather and manage product attributes contributing to accurate eCommerce listings and customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of inventory management principles to ensure accurate stock placements and effective order fulfilment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment maintenance practices to uphold operational continuity.
