Job Description
Preparing and serving drinks to customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Recording customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area and dining area.
Handle cash and card transactions, and balance the cashier at the end of the shift.
Assist in preparing basic food and serving it when needed.
Track inventory and replenish supplies when needed.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
Providing excellent customer service by quickly attending to customers' needs and requests.
Increase sales and revenue by promoting products and special offers.
