• Conceptualize and execute visually appealing instore and online merchandising displays to showcase products effectively.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that align with brand objectives and drive customer engagement.
  
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure that visual merchandising strategies remain innovative and competitive.
  
• Utilize design software and tools to create mockups and visual representations of merchandising concepts.
  
• Maintain visual standards across all retail channels including physical stores and digital platforms.
  
• Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure consistent implementation.
  
• Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source materials and props for merchandising displays.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Visual Merchandising Graphic Design Marketing or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in visual merchandising preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
  
• Strong understanding of design principles color theory and typography.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
