Our client is one of the reputed operations in the facilities management industry providing facilities services & solutions to royal clients associated with them in the entire kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are looking to hire an HVAC engineer for their site based in Riyadh in KSA.
In this role, your job responsibilities will be :
- Supervise and direct a workforce of Facility and Maintenance Technicians
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC mechanical plumbing electrical and various other building systems to maintain the properties in peak operational condition
- Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems. Planning the placement of pipework, ducts and control panels. Installing HVAC components
- Conduct energy audits to identify where system and operational changes can be made to decrease the property s energy consumption
- Oversee annual service work on chillers, cooling towers, and pump systems to optimize the operations of the system.
- Utilized building design and construction techniques knowledge and blueprints up to and including roofing windows structural facade systems HVAC electronic and plumbing systems for building preventive maintenance and repair

Requirements
To be considered for this role you must fulfill the below criteria:
-Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in the FM industry
-Should be able to handle a team of technicians
- Should be willing to relocate to RIYADH for this opportunity.
-Salary Package+ accommodation & transportation allowance provided by the company.
