- Overall responsibility for planning and implementing the operational and strategic direction of the respective business units and functional teams.
- Formulate and implement growth-oriented sales plans and review the performance against the set goals.
- Drive divisional P&Ls and achieve the set targets in the most efficient manner.
- Develop and implement efficient operations , cost-effective systems & new technology to meet current and future needs of the organization.
- Consistently review the functioning of departments to ensure operations are on track to meeting the company's goals.
