Job Description

• Liaises with the operation team to ensure that units scheduled for maintenance is delivered to the workshop.
• Maintains proper records of all documents i.e., Job cards, Process map, Maintenance manual, etc for future reference and for audits.
• Creation of SAP work orders for each type of maintenance. (Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown maintenance )
• Creation of SAP material reservation .
• Coordinate with seniors post completion of tasks assigned and provide updates to ensure timely updating of systems (Man-hours booking )
• Plan the staff annual leaves records.
• Maintain the staff OT records.
• Maintain the staff sick leaves records.
• Prepare the operational reports as requested.
