We are seeking a dynamic Venture Capital Associate focusing on earlystage investment opportunities in the Middle East Africa Pakistan or Bangladesh regions.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for the venture capital industry and a keen eye for identifying highpotential tech startups within the specified regions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct indepth market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities in earlystage startups.
• Perform thorough due diligence including financial modeling market analysis and competitive landscape assessment.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of investment proposals and memos to the investment committee.
• Actively participate in deal structuring and negotiation processes.
• Provide postinvestment support and strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with entrepreneurs coinvestors and industry experts.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the venture capital fund.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in accounting finance business administration economics or a related field; CFA is a plus
• 2 years of relevant local work experience within Venture Capital (earlystage) in the Middle East / Africa / Pakistan / Bangladesh
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
