- Preferably a first experience in IT and/or IT support
- Preferably graduate or diploma in IT (information technology)
- Experience in users support activities
- Excellent writing, oral communication, and collaboration skills in English
- Good analytical skills (to analyse reported issues, requests)
- Enjoy working in team
- Ability to quickly familiarize with new products/technologies/concepts
- Committed, able to work against deadlines.
- Experience in the electricity sector knowledge would be an advantage
- Motivation to work within a multinational and multicultural professional environment.
