- Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and other UX deliverables to guide product design and user stories.
- Lead and execute user research activities to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design principles are at the core of our products.
- Conduce and report usability testing, gather and analyze users’ data.
- Facilitating brainstorming and/or design sessions both internally and externally with customers.
