Job Description: UPS Service Engineer

Position Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve service targets set by the company for UPS systems and related equipment.
  
• Coordinate installations of electrical systems and equipment ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  
• Perform planning of routine maintenance and repairs of UPS systems and associated components.
  
• Plan electrical and electronic troubleshooting activities and handle service tickets efficiently.
  
• Read and interpret technical diagrams blueprints and schematics to diagnose effectively and resolve technical issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while performing maintenance and repair activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  
• Minimum 35 years of experience in the UPS Systems or Power Electronics industry.
  
• Proficiency in handling UPS systems battery chargers telecom rectifiers battery systems and automatic power factor correction panels.
  
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic principles and components.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams blueprints and schematics.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Detailoriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
