Responsibilities:
Develop pricing strategies for various MEA book-rated products through in-depth analysis of the portfolio
Evaluate, price and modify plan design for renewals and new business on large corporate quotations in compliance with underwriting authorities
Build effective relationship with sales and client management partners to win and retain business
Liaise with actuaries to analyze portfolio performance, and agree on pricing strategy
Collaborate with product, operations and clinicals team to ensure the Africa products are up-to-date, and continue to meet market needs
Develop tools and dashboard to track performance of MEA portfolio
Own all reporting requirements for MEA
