- Description: About the Opportunity: We are on the lookout for a UI/UX Designer with a keen eye for design and expertlevel HTML/CSS skills to join our forwardthinking team. In this role youll bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation playing a key role in both the visual conception and the live implementation of new applications and features. Your responsibility extends beyond mere aesthetics; youll be the architect of intuitive user experiences and ensure accessible responsive frontend design. Role Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications focusing on optimizing user engagement through intuitive and compelling designs.
- Convert UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application ensuring a seamless translation from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience.
- Create and maintain digital assets such as interface design files wireframes and interactive mockups using design and prototyping tools.
- Write highquality HTML/CSS code with responsiveness and crossbrowser compatibility in mind.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability of the product.
- Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards across the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends techniques and technologies infusing them into our design practices to enhance user satisfaction.
- Brings a portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills with a strong understanding of HTML/CSS coding.
- Has the ability to craft visually appealing designs as well as convert them into live functional web interfaces.
- Possesses a solid grasp of design principles and usercentered design methodologies.
- Is proficient in HTML5 CSS3 and modern web design tools (e.g. Sketch Figma Adobe XD).
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of responsive design and can code HTML and CSS.
- Is selfmotivated and capable of working in a fastpaced iterative development environment.
- Has excellent problemsolving skills creative thinking and a keen attention to detail.
- Exhibits strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with nondesign stakeholders.
